I agree with everyone, you really need to do a better job of explaining what the lot is and how it affects the game.

What are they building?

what are they making? ;ike the effort and at the min my creations are verging on poor but stats would make me more willing to download

are they putting grass down, or building a house. You don't really need equipment and stuff to build a little park like that one. Pick something else, like road or highway construction

More descriptions needed. We need to know the effects, power/water consumption, garbage output, maintenance costs, and if any, dependencies.

thanks for sharing looks nice actually but most people like to know how it affects game like mayor rating comm demand etc
