That's just one slang term for cars like this (it's what we called them where I grew up)..

As for doing any more of these, I'm only using models made by others, so the impreza is do-able (I think Mikeseith did some), I don't even know what the other car is. It won't be soon though..got a big set in the works

How often do these turn up in traffic? I like them a lot, but it would be a little silly if every fifth car or something was a purple Connie with ground lights.

@RedImperator, not often..that's part of the reason I only did three of them, although I have a lot of automata installed, which also makes a difference
