About This File
This is the second upload I made of Palm Island, that is being built in Dubai. The first one was locked, didnt know about the file size (oops, my first upload). Now I know.
The upload is the grayscale of the map that must be uploaded into SimCity 4.
This is how:
1.Go to SimCity 4, create a new region called "Palm Island" Quit.
2. Inside the Palm Island folder located in My Doc>SimCity 4>Regions, place the "island" blue box and rename "config".
3. Place the Grayscale image anywhere (just remember where you placed it/image is named config also).
4. Open SimCity 4 again, go to Palm Island Region
5. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R together, and locate where you placed the grayscale image.
Once Loaded, Enjoy!
