About This File

Are your Sims wanting homes of the future? Is the Los Ange- I mean Houston and Euro Contemporary building set not the modern they were expecting? Well low and behold another collection of homes from the black dragon, all true and blue, the "Trinity" collection of single family homes. As inspired by shows like the Jetsons and many of the 50s, 60s, and 80s zeerust modernism buildings, these buildings can give your sims a truly futuristic appeal with the choice of four homes:

Dave's Place: A nice, two story home with big fancy living room/dinning room that's ideal for parties.

Double Decker: A pratical family home with a nice big back porch and even features a chimney.

Fairveiw House: A bizarre one indeed, but the enormous back window of the living room indeed, grants what could be a fairview. Inspired by modern log cabins of Alaska believe or not.

Sonic Street: It looks like a minature apartment building, but it's actually a really blocky house! Why is it called Sonic Street anyway?

These have a growth range between level 1-5, allowing you to have a good chance to see them before bigger buildings arrive. These work in the Los Ang- I mean Houston tileset, so it's meant for more modern cities.

Inside the zipped file contains a readme with more info and things along those lines.

The idea you have with your sets is great. Open a thread get people to give you that little extra help you may need before releasing these. Yous lots (in my opnion) needs more detail. Keep it up I could use a few sets like these. Thanks:)

I've already commented on these in the general BAT thread (so you know how I feel about the modelling and texturing on these), but I would echo sarescue31 in that you should open your own thread.
