Some people say purple is the color of kings, and some say purple is a color of elegance. I say, it's quite a good color for yes, buildings. Introducing the "Legendary" (don't explain the joke) single family homes collection, a set of East Coast inspired homes with a bit of well... bizaare color flair to add some color to your So California looking neighborhoods as delivered by Maxis. And by the way... is that... it couldn't be could it? A spoof of the Waltons from SC3K ??
Your four buildngs in this kit are:
123 Barnaby Street: Indeed, a very big home for very big families. Not to mention, it's one of the few homes I've built for the R$$ class that has a big fancy porch.
Elm Street: Certianly better for the middle sized family or single person.
Matt's House: The most simple and affordable bachlor pad that one can get.
The Waltons: Well, it's an expy of that one small house of the same name in SimCity 3000/Unlimted, of course, I didn't have any good references of the place, so it came out like this.
The lots all range in growth stages 1-5, giving you plenty of chances for you house loving sims to build them before the apartments arrive. Also, it's set up with the Sacrame- I mean New York City tile set, so it's somewhat good for older looking cities.
Included in the zip folder is the readme, which comes with better instructions and information than what I can put here.
