At this stage, the lot is useless - unless someone knows what the dependency is, they're not going to get the lot as pictured. So there's no point in downloading this until the dependency is listed; and if it doesn't get listed, this should be locked by a moderator or deleted from the STEX.

Can I say this kind of lots are really poor and just take space? I fear that the frecuency of bad bat/lots is increasing, I just hope it doesnt end killing the STEX..

if you didn't like it, doesnt mean that people will hate it and it's not that bad after all, it's good and usefull

I agree, this park/plaza looks really well done, and yet people see one thing that's not there and complains about it to no end. The list is there now. Great looking park/plaza, 4/5.
