This is a growable re-issue of Tomdapom's Bricktown The Westin. It was only released as a ploppable. You'll need Tomdapom's Model file (TDP Bricktown - The Westin-0x5ad0e817_0x15b3f743_0x50000.SC4Model) from his BAT release found on the STEX here:

(Feel free to delete the SC4Lot file included in Tomdapom's release if you don't want the plop in your LM menu.)
