It looks pretty. I like the fin at the top. Actually I think that the fin on its own would look nice as a separate prop with a fitted LOD, so that it could be used with a fountain effect on a park lot. Then you could have parks and plazas that matched the building.

Can't seem to find -Pegasus Police Car Props- good job on the building.

Only thing I would suggest...perhaps randomly darken a window or 10, just to break up the pattern that is obvious to the eye. Building is fantastic.
