This is absolutely top-notch batting, no question there, but this HK-needle/pencil thing has just jumped the shark. Once you put in just one elevator shaft, fire stairs, landings, and hvac conduits, you've got about 10 sq. feet of living space per floor. There's been so many of these done already, why not an area that really needs new lots--like low-rise CBD commercial w2w?
