It grows at stage 7, in Chicago and New York style.

It has a bulldoze cost of 200, consumes 62 power and 53 water, and grows in 110 days SimCity time.

Pollution: 43 air pollution over 4 tiles

                  19 water pollution over 4 tiles

                  41 garbage over 0 tiles

There are no Dependencies, and no Readme.

To install it just unzip the file in your Plugins folder.

Not bad at all. The roof looks a little sparse, but I like how generic it is on the whole. Looks useful none the less.

This seems like a very nice BAT. It is very exquisitely detailed with good deal of attention paid to night lights. Two points I'd like to draw attention to: - there is NO plopable version; - the model does seem to be slightly oversized compared to maxis props. I think it would still look fine even if scaled down by 10-15%

I like it. I'm now a fan of your ploppables. Your attention to detail is great. The building has a classical look and personality about it. Hope to see more ploppables.

Very nice. I like the lighter color of the facade and find it refreshing in the context of other buildings that it's likely to grow next to. Well done.

As for those moaning about no ploppables, just download Buggi's Extra Cheats .dll, which gives you the ability to plop anything you want. It takes like ten seconds, and there's no need for the creator to make two versions of a BAT anymore...
