not bad for a first. I'd suggest some closer pictures so that we can really see the building before i rate it.

Pretty good for the first time! I'll give you 4/5. Does it have nightlighting?

for a first attempt, it looks good... SUGGESTION: that 2003 parking lot texture is horrid and it absolutely has to go. as a matter of fact, no one should be using that prehistoric texture any more, since SAM comes with a good and flexible parking lot mod. ::

Very nice! Good work. A nice representation of the real thing. I'd download it, but I'm trying to block out the memory of my childhood in Springfield, MO.

Great first attempt, As a Springfield area resident I must say it is a dead replica of the real building keep up the good work I think the Shrine mosque or hammons tower would be cool additions to Simtropolis as well

I just wanted to thank everyone for their comments and suggestions. Thanks for keeping it positive and clean. Also, I'm a resident of Massachusetts and I've never even been to Springfield, MO. Not saying I wouldn't like to ;). -Drew

Not bad for a first upload. It looks like your glass texture could use improvement, a better looking lot, but not too bad otherwise.

thanks for the closer pic. I couldn't tell if you had added window mullions or not. But now i see you have, which calls for a sigh of relief :P. It looks good for a first, i would work on materials, mostly the windows and the roof, if you look in that bat textures? thread in bat-open discussion, you'll see some good tips. 3/5 [because we need to give you room to imrpove, don't we? :P]

Texturing is certainly not my strong suit. I've heard Photoshop or the GIMP program is good for that sort of thing? I'm using the Paint program, so there is certainly room for improvement there. I'll have to check out that thread. Thanks!

Well, this is pretty good for a first. Good job ;)! I found the windows a bit too blue, but that can be improved with more experience and better texturing.

This building looks very detailed and accurate, as I am a Springfield resident. Hence the '417' in my name. Make a Cities: Skylines version?
