Thanks for the coments so far. These took a good while to perfect but they turned out better than I imagined! I actually will have another set that I will release for sunken lots.

Now what was the issue with the first one? I had tried to install it, but it only showed up as grey boxes with pics of signs in the in my park section. Any ideas?

Tommy7777 - Make SURE you've read the installation instructions - just extracting all of that to your mydocs plugins folder will not work... To access the signs, open your news tickers and scroll down to the very bottom where you will find something that says, "Open additional menu's" select that, and then select "Highway 4" and then select "Eastbound" - you will find the signs there.

What is the indexer supposed to do because I open it and it just says unspecified system path.

i'm having so mch trouble installing this. i follow all the steps, when i open the new ticker and click the blue link, i dont see the highway signs, i just see a play, and help button.

pepsi38 - Did you unzip it before you opened it? and where did you unzip it to? This file is critical as it tells the game how the menus are organised and where to look for the signs. You have to run it, the signs wont work without it. mimoys1 - Did you run the "DAMN-Indexer.cmd" program? It should have been unzipped to your C:\ Plugins\DAMN\Support folder

Your plugins folder on your C:\ - You have two plugins folders. One in your my documents folder, and the other where the game was actually installed. Go to your SimCity 4 Folder where you actually installed the game, NOT your mydocuments SC4 folder but the actual game folder. The Plugins folder will be inside the SimCity 4 folder. You're supposed to unzip the file "DAMN-menu.zip" into your plugins folder there.

Ok, I did end up unzipping it in the wrong plugins folder. Now however i am getting the same as mimoys where I can get the sign new ticker box up and it has a backwards play button, a home button, and a question button but if i click the home and play they do nothing. Any idea whats going on? Sorry I am being so dumb about this.

OOOOOH Yes I had that problem! I remember why you're experiencing this now! I forgot to mention this earlier. Right click on your SC4 Shortcut and select properties and make sure that your Start in: does NOT have "\apps" in it. It needs to look similar to this... "C:\ProgramFiles\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe" and NOT this ""C:\SharedPrograms\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps" Take the \Apps out and save the shortcut and it should begin working fine.

Tell you what, I'll dedicate a few weeks to satisfying some sign requests for everyone on ST... I just need to know what the signs say or a template to use...

simcitybox - No, those signs were released by Yoshiisland. These signs have not been seen on any video until the one I just recently released And thanks for the comments I am going to release a new batch soon.

Need4Camaro:I type in yoshiland to find those signs but they don't come up?

Still not working. I get the link in the news ticker, but the popup window (with the arrow/home/? buttons) is blank. The signs do appear in the park menu before I di this but are unclickable. Followed all directions to a tee and my 'Start in' field is "C:\PROGRA~1\Maxis\SIMCIT~1\". What else can it be?
