Hi there!
This is a collection of five lots with some bats which I've made with the intention of placing them on public urban spaces.
They are:
1. a blockade to avoid cars entering on the ped malls;
2. the same blockade to be placed on corners;
3. a digital clock with ads on (The Sims3 on one side and Cities XL on the other);
4. a newstand, and
5. a typical Sao Paulo public telephone.

Instructions:
Unzip to 'My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins' folder.
Usage:
Look for them on the Parks menu.
The Newstand, the telephone and the clock need power.
