Model isn't bad, but the texturing could use some work, the peaked roof looks very bad (too bright). In fact, I might actually download if it were not for the roof. Perhaps you should open up a thread so we can tell you about these things before you upload them, you have lots of potential in your BATs.

I'll echo the earlier posters - like a lot of your other BATs, the roof texture is too bright or too plain. The BATs themselves are quite good, it's the textures that don't do them justice...

Living on Oklahoma City, its kinda nice to see one of the buildings I pass on a daily basis. Now, if you could get the OG&E or the Murrah bombing memorial.

The roof is a little too light unless it is freshly painted with a very white paint. Also the US flag could have been put aside, so others could use this BAT in cities that are not US, now it's for limited use only. Besides this, very good BAT!

I believe your best work to date. You are starting to see more depth and character in your buildings. Some more whethered work needed on the roof and more blending of the building with the base foundation could be useful, espcially the front entrance. This would be the first of your bats that I wouldn't mind downloading.

I don't mean to come on here and bash your upload but it kinda exactly the American Int'l and 40 Wall St. They all have no nightlights and are pointless to everyone. They look weird and i high recommend not downloading anything of yours.. you have to be the worst uploader i've ever seen... you suck

Things are looking up. I added the SFX Query Sound and also the Building Value property to raise revenue to pay for a roof plant job. Thanks for sharing.
