Dunno how to do nightlights

The design aspect of the building is well done. Personally i find the textures far too bright and it needs to be dirtied and darkened a bit. Nightlights need to be worked into the model. Why not open up a BAT thread in order to get inquiries and feedback to improve the model before releasing what i find to be an unfinished work.

Some more rendering should be done. It is a tad to blurry. Also like other say the textures a far to bright... But i am very exited for if you can get this perfect!!! Mabye more Ottawa Buildings on the way? Like Place de Ville, Westboro station phase one and two, City center? hint hint hahaha

The only complaint I have is the base. IT looks very unnatural. You should try to add some bushes or a more decorative bases to the structure. Other than that I love it, and personally, the brightness is fine with me!

The building looks cool, but I wish the base had some props and the parking was done better.
