I'm going to be straight up here, although it looks as if you've got the basics right, you should really put a lot more work into something like this before releasing. It needs a distinct roof, much better textures, and most importantly, nightlights. Add the prefix 'nite' to the names of your windows while in gmax before export. The lot is very good in comparison. 2/5.

I think the thing that kills it mostly is that tiled texture on the roof. Add some nightlights and a better edge to transition between the roof and the walls, and it would be on its way towards a better BAT.

I agree with Cockatoo. It needs more work like roof junk, textures, night lighting, etc. Check the BAT essientials if you need help. Open a help discussion if needed.
