Dear citizens of Simtropolis, let me share with you a CO$$$ building inspired by:

Unique Design Criteria: Design for snow and seismic load as per Chinese code

It seems that it is still a project...!
Two versions:
- one growable version (CO$$$)
- one plopable version (you will find it in LM menu)
size: 6x3

Dependencies:

Installation : - copy The Piotr Delpi (The Delpi world's Mayor) folder from ZIP file into
C:\…MyDocuments\Simcity4\Plugin folder.
After that, the building will be available in the game.
I also add in the Piotr Delpi Folder the icon which appears in the LM menu as, the icon is replaced by an empty grey icon each time I save the lot in the lotEditor. This little bug is easy to fix using LEProp where you can import the icon. Sorry for that, but I could'nt find another way to fix it. If somebody have the solution, he is welcome.
