About This File

This mod is directed at users who want a bit more "feel" in their rural cities. It will give you an annual report, complete with all the influence factors, of how your harvests have been the past year and your city funds will get a bonus or a penalty accordingly.






the influence factors are:

* mayor rating 
* air pollution 
* garbage pollution 
* taxes on rural industry 
* local biotechnology -- gives you a bonus if some I-HT is present in your city 
* regional trade -- dependant on number of neighbours connected (gives a penalty for less than 3!) 
* ground layer humidity -- dependant on amount of natural water (in %) on the city map 
* weather -- random factor (will never be very good or very bad) 
* game difficulty -- easy (and medium to a lesser degree) get higher profits then hard

Ok, so I haven't used this yet, but I did the research to find the discussion thread listed by Daeley. (The original linky is broken.)

Here's the new one:

Edit: Ok, so I've played with this for a couple weeks. When I do a farm and low density residential only tile this mod is great. However, it really borks things in a mixed tile. Like if when I want ¾ of a large tile to be the farms and then the rest an urban community this mod penalizes the income too much.

I have now removed it. :(

And it seems I cannot change my stars rating for it.
