Still no answer to the best question on here asked by me which was what 'normal' plugins folder the programs on or the my docs. Jesus Christ.

there is one way i know how to download this,you have to have the NAM to download,you go to sim city 4 folder, u go to NetworkAddonMod,then plugins folder, then every download has to be in that folder.[this is not the only way guys!]

and when they mean normal plugins folder,they mean the folder inside simcity4 plugin so don't be worried guys, sometimes,i know!!!!

don't want the plops, to download this,you have to havea sim city 4 super demand city and connect it as sim nation, then it will apear as alot of the demand will be high rised

I downloaded, but the file does'nt want to move from the starting point to the Plugins folder on SimCity 4, using Windows Vista Home Premium

what are the ordinances?

I don't know how to find ordinances... I have this on norwigian and I can't find any city ordinances thing...

i am badly needing help because i tried to make a city but no ordinance showed. can't you reply to my reply and describe how to get it please.

For all people having issues:

1) Make sure you are logged in to Simtropolis with your username. Once you are logged in you will be able to see the green bar that says [b]Download. [/b]Click download.

2) Place the .dat files in your Sim City 4/Plugins folder.

3) The way to get Super Demand Ordinance to work in game is to go to the financial menu in the game. Click [u]Ordinances[/u], and you should Super Demand Ordinance at the top above Legalize Gambling. Run the game for a few Sim months, and you should see your RCI meter change drastically.

go to plugins and unzip the file you want by right clicking and choosing unzip
