i downloaded this a LONG time ago, and no ofence, but i hate it. it takes to long for me to find the right buildings, and i can't get to the items at the bottom of my menu. i coulndn't find the file to delete it, so i just redownloaded it, which replaced the original file and then deleted the new one

How do you uninstall the modd? There have been some problems with my cities and I'm beginning to suspect that this modd is to blame.

This mod is definitely for the ULTRA realists, if you get this it will completely SWAMP your landmark folder.

for the least, usually the super demand ordinance can give u a boring, in-diverse skyline. this would be great for plopping different buildings to equal out the skyline instead of having the same building crowded towards each other....

Slightly Annoying, If you were going to Release a second version of it I would Put it as 1. Residential
2. Commerce
3. Industrial

And then have an option where you press tab to flick through... Then it wont take Up Space in your Landmarks...

The only buildings that are available with this download are from Chicago, New York, an Houston. The european buildings are not present. This is something that should probably be added.

This Mod would have been even more awesome if it was modeled after the NAM mod. which offers players the option of surfing through all the options using the TAB and CTRL button. Right now, it is just overwhelming and time consuming to go through all the options.

OPTION 1:

If you choose to put them all in the Landmarks Menu:

Divide the individual lots into the four building Style (Chicago 1890, Houston 1990, New York 1940 and Euro-Contemporary) and the further divide them by the categories that they come in R$, R$$, R$$$, C$, C$$, C$$$, CO$, CO$$ and CO$$$. Use a color coded avatar to differentiate them and the TAB and CTRL key to surf through the different building available in those menus as it is done with the NAM mod.

Instead of having +500 different buildings clogging up the Landmarks menu; you'd bring this down to 4x9= 36 landmark icons.

36 is far less overwhelming that having to surf through +500 plus only to get to other building on the very bottom.

OPTION 2:

BC these are the original SimCity buildings, you could get make use of your own menu specially just for your modd like NAM has done in the transportation menus but unlike NAM, you don't have to share the zone residential menu with others plug in.  This mean that the landmark icon would be left for the collage of other buildings (no offense to anyone). I don't know how to do this but if I could, I would do it. This is obviously a project for more than one person. You can make use of the "ZONE TOOL" menu which breaks into the "ZONE RESIDENTIAL" menu and from there further divide into the four building Styles (Chicago 1890, Houston 1990, New York 1940 and Euro-Contemporary). Then use the Tab and CTRL key to surf through the different Lots or BATs or whatever they are called.

This way players can either choose to either zone grow or zone plop.

OPTION 3:

This option is very much like option 1 only instead of creating only one plug in file "PlopModdFinal" that you further break it down into options so players who want to plop buildings can have the option to choose which building style they want or which whealth category they want.

Ex. I really like to Euro-contemporary CO$$$  plops without waiting for the game to grow them or using other plug ins. I also don't want to have to place this entire list bc as others have mentioned, it clogs us the landmark menu.

This are really just some options. For now, I will add your file to my D drive, click on follow you and maybe in the future you would make a revision. I would love to make this my pet project but I don't really know much yet. Thank you 4 all your hard work.
