Very nice, but 8 tiles for a pharmacy, that's biiiig.

Roof texture is a little off. Looks like a concrete texture :) Lot and model looks great, nice job!

Jobs should be adjusted - 10 jobs seems very very low, especially since the lot is so large...

btw, next time don't forget to mark it as a BAT and not as a LOT. ;)

a tad big at 8 tiles, roof needs re-working. the lot is excellent and almost perfect to what they look like. building and nightlights are spot on. 9/10

No problems with the model but I don't like the lot. Six tiles would be better and I would have used a different parking lot texture. 7/10

Very good on this real world commercial building. But, the maxis parking lots are unrealistic. Can you search the STEX for better parking lot textures? I will download this if you add better textures and parking lot textures so, this building will be realistic.

I like it, but the only issue I have is...in the night shot, you can see the street sign by the lamp post is lit up, but mine in my game is not lit up. Any ideas?

Pretty good, but the parking lot is a bit small.  I'll give you a 9/10.
