I'm partial to older, classic type buildings anyway, so to me this is perfection. The lack of lighting at night is actually perfect because as you've stated, nobody is in the offices at night anyway. Something like this is perfect for either old town, or having it situated in an "older" neighborhood of a community. I love it.
