This is one of the BATS that I had in my name a BAT contest. The winner, ac94 gave it the name. Its a modern concert hall, with a green roof. The building was designed to have a minimum impact on the environment and to add green space to your city. Therefore it has very low power and water usage. As far as the nightlights, i was going for a artistic look so they are a little bit different.
