This lot is 2x2 and contains 3 buildings on it. It is designed for W2W use buy can be used with parking, etc. around it and is for low wealth neighbothoods. Ground floor shops are a barber shop, sandwich shop and a mini grocer. All buildings have apts above them. There is a grow version and plop supplying 45 CS$ jobs. A grow residential is also included housing 186 R$ sims.
