I love the house, but it would look nicer if you made the textures smaller! ;) Go Modifiers > UV Coordinates > UVW Map. Then you can set the textures to be smaller or larger. Excellent start for a first BAT my friend! :) 9

I just saw three of your BATs, not bad for starters at all, but one thing is NOT improving, although being mentioned several times. The tiling (size of roof and other texture tiles) is far too large. This is spoiling your whole BAT and not realistic at all. I have never seen a house with a 4x4 foot roof toping. Fix that and you're on the way to making better BATs. Also you should indicate that these are BATs and not Lots when uploading.

I'll correct the texture tiles this evening, I wasn't aware that you could decrease the size of the textures. So thanx for the info, any other problems please leave a message and I'll get to it as quick as possible.

There doesn't seem to be a model file contained in the zip. Maybe this is the cause of brown boxes?
