Could use some work on the lot and textures. Also could use more detail, as a majority of it is pretty dull and boring.

That picture is huge. Maybe you should edit it and resize the pics before it get's locked. Always leave a good impression for your first release. ;) Just a bit of constructive critiscism.

Any one of you loading your first bat is going to be million times better than I, but having said that not enough for me to be lenient by default, right? Actually you have potential, so looking forward for your future uploads.

It's not that I don't like the BAT, its the building itself. Suggestion? Try using your vastly improving BAT skills to BAT something that is more appealing. I'd love to see some other type of observation tower.

It isn't that hard to make, but despite that it is a decent model. 7

Very good for a first BAT! Btw, I don't mind it being a .rar file, but you might get some complaints. Consider replacing it with a .zip file.

SETX uploads should not be .RAR archives. Instead, ensure that you use only .ZIP uploads. This upload should be reuploaded as a .ZIP archive. Vandy, Simtropolis Moderator

Not bad for a first, but I would definately try finding another building design. This is a bit... bland. And try adding more textures. 7/10

i couldn't do better in a million years . but needs improvement. looking foward to new uploads too. PS : i would hate to do skydiving or somethig like that and land on top of that thing... looks painful... good job :D
