pretty good, but it lacks props. but you did well for youre first BAT. 8/10

Needs better textures, props, lot work, but overall it's very solid for a first lot. A little improvement on those things will go a long way for you. You also might want to consider posting a higher-zoom screenshot. 6/10

use the LE, it will brighten this up a bit. maybe even priovide a closer pic. doesn't show much from so far away. size would help some as well.

The BAT is great, but you do need some props on the lot and the textures do make it look futuristic. Good job.

The lot is really bare, try adding trees, cars etc. The model needs more detail (pretty good for a first like others have said), better textures and nightlighting. Keep at it, and maybe open a thread in the BAT/LE Open Discussion for more advice. 4/10(almost there)

the building don`t appear

I like how the lot is simple and minimalistic! Although a few shrubs may have been nice, I think it's very unique. Good job with the BAT as well!
