A plain empty looking 12x9 lot! Maybe I have bad taste, but I just do not like this one. Perhaps a bigger closeup may do it justice? In the meantime I will not rate.

A sparse and empty lot, although the building is well designed. What does it do? Ploppable? Cost, maintainance? Effect? More info needed. Needs work.
