About This File

The HSRP (High-Speed Rail Project) is a plugin for the new NAM, allowing dragging HSR (High-Speed Rail) and GHSR (Ground High-Speed Rail) networks.

This pack contains GHSR Station and Rail/GHSR Interchange Station lots, using my semi-transparent station BATs, allowing the lot textures, props and automata in the interior to show through. The stations connect to draggable GHSR (monorail) and rail networks.

The pack contains 8 lots, 2 GHSR Stations and 6 Interchange Stations, in various sizes and connectivity configurations. All stations offer parking facilities as well, so that they can serve larger areas, instead of just the buildings within walking distance from the station.

The lots use prop families, so you will get a slightly different prop combination each time you plop them. They also use custom sound effects.

Capacities are higher than normal, so as to offset the effect of through traffic. Also Switch Entry Cost is higher, so as to reduce "shortcutting" and discourage the use of these stations for short hops (for longer trips, the higher speed of the network should compensate for the higher entry cost).

Lots' Stats Small Stations Large Stations
Lot size 5x2 (one track) 6x4 (two tracks)
Plop Cost $1500 $3000
Bulldoze Cost $150 $300
Monthly Cost $60 $100
Passenger Capacity 12000 20000
Jobs ($/$$/$$$) 5/2/1 12/3/1
Flammability/Fire Stage 37/3 40/4
Power Consumption 16 MWh/mo 30 MWh/mo
Water Consumption 10 cu.m/mo 25 cu.m/mo
Pollution (Air/Water) 2/2 over 2/2 tiles 5/5 over 4/3 tiles
Garbage Produced 12 tons/mo 25 tons/mo

Installation:
- The Installer copies the plugin under your Plugins Folder. You don't need to do anything else, except of installing the dependencies.
- Mac Users can use FileJuicer to extract the file contents.
- The pack contains also a Menu-Management Lot (MML), to help keeping your rail menu short. If you want your stations readily available, you can remove the MML plugin from your installation.

Dependencies:
The dependencies, apart of course from the latest NAM, and the HSRP plugin are:
- SemiTransparent Train Station Models (these are the BATs)
- HSR Stations Essentials
And two of the most popular dependency packs (most probably you will have them installed already):
- BSC Textures Vol 01 (Former "BSC Textures MEGA Pack" on the STEX)
- BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01

The stations look great but there might be a conflict with the new NAM. When I drive the train into the station (HSR) it goes up a steep incline and then seems to *float* above the station. Very odd...great work though!

Whats up with me clicking the dependancy link and it just taking me to the home page?? Does that mean that download no longer exsists?

I'm having the same problem of not being able to view the actual buildings in all three instances. I really love these and could use them. Thanks.
