Each separated into their own folders - keep the ones you like and delete the rest, or download and grow them all. All six are tricked out with nightlights as well.
Dependencies and stats are listed in each building's .txt "read me" file - if I recall correctly, there's only two texture dependencies and they are both part of Pegasus' MTP texture packs...the links for downloading them are provided in the "read me" files.
