First post on this site and topic :D but ok, what does this building do? is it just a landmark or do people inhabit this building, or is it commercial? pls more stats pls :)

I have all the dependencies already so that is not an issue.... The bat itself is wonderful and the lot is simple but good..... Delija you did a great job over all on this, 10/10 from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, you're missing some info...........Bats look familiar somehow, maybe I'm just imagining. They're ok, could need some better roof-textures. The lot is....well....kinda empty.

Whoa, so many dependencies for such a bare and boring lot? That's rather disappointing, and the lot could make the entire complex look so much better. If you haven't done so already, you could render all buildings separately with tight-fitting LODs - this would open up virtually endless lotting possibilities. The BAT models are great, but the textures could be improved. This is pretty good, but far from its full potential IMHO.

For a newbie batter I am seeing you have lots of ambitious but flawed offerings. Your first 2x2 medium residential bat is still your best one so far, but I am sure you are getting there. I agree with others that you can try to offer this as a single growable building with better textures so that the empty lot will not be a huge problem. Will not rate or download this one now.

Thanks for all yours comments...this is actualy one of the first BATs i made a couple of months ago......i will make a residental growable too but it will take some time

What are some people incapable of using LE.....??? If you like the BAT and not the lot then change to suit your taste...its not difficult. I like the BAT in general, be useful for civic of government use as well as within a development...some many options. Good work.
