It looks really nice for your second BAT. However try softening the textures and and using the exterior wall space for i.e. statues, decor, seasonal props. The night lighting is also good

Not bad, I don't know about the textures of the outside of the house and seeing that it is a R$$$.....looks more like a R$. The lot (sorry) is terrible. I don't know where you live but I hope that you have grass at least a little bit. The lot looks sad.

BTW, the uploadfile should be a zipfile and not .rar!!!

Well I will keep everything in mind on the next attempt. So far I understand I should use softer textures and now that I look at it I realize no house is on concrete like that, I'm not sure what I was thinking haha. Could you be a bit specific on which texture is screwed up? I can see the roof needing to be a lighter color but I really like the somewhat dirty look of the bricks.

Actually the rustic dirty brick look is the main part i dislike. The concrete is strange as well, but i like the rest. 7.1/10 (im creative lol)

well you know what the brick stays! =P

textures need to be worked on, don't just drag and drop and call it done. Use the UVW mapping tool. also, unless your trying to be a catalyst for global warming, I think some grass would be nice :p. 6/10

The textures of the walls are too dirty for a R$$$. For our canadian standards anyways......They look like R$.

The lot is very creative; I especially like the pool in the backyard. I agree that maybe with a grass backyard and softer textures, a wealthier appearance would be conveyed, but I do NOT think that this is in anyway a terrible lot. Keep up the good work. I hope there are more lots to come in the future. 7/10

Good start! I would definitely replace the tarmac texture with grass (on the lot), and maybe change around a few of the textures on the house. Once you have done this, it will be a good R
