Using this tool is as easy as translating it into ur preferred language ;)) For creating simple regions in SC4 style a fast way it is very useful, thx a lot! :))

i could try using a program cauld W.I.N.E (Wine Is Not an Emulator)
it runs most windows programs for linux and mac.
its realy just an campatibility layer/
