About This File

This BAT is a BAT from the New York City Journals.

The WR Grace Building stands 198 meters over Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan on 42nd Street in between 6th Avenue and Fifth Avenue. It was built in 1971 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The building has a sloping base similar to The Solow Building and is home to many Fortune 500 companies.

The lot can be found in the landmarks menu.

pixawa, I've placed one of the Maxis building props on the lot to match the real world neighbor to WR Grace. Forgot to mention the lot is 3x2.

Candidly the 10Meg is a big chunk, basically Sims II CC size. But I'll take a chance b/c it looks beautiful.

I checked out your entire New York collection and it looks awesome! I still hope size doesn't matter though! :D

well there are some problems, it seems when he exported the model that it came out badly 4 times. There are 4 models there which he used to make the building, if he can export it correctly he should only use 1 model.

I managed to get the filesize down to 2.26 MB since after removing the three bad renders. If you downloaded already download this file as the previous release will clog up your landmark menu and plug-in folder.

It was built several years before 1971, more like 1967, because I used to go there in 1970.
