Second in series of plop buildings construct mods.
These are some *.dat files that will force all of the original utilities on the original Maxis lots to construct. It is eye candy only, and while the buildings are constructing they are still functional. This means that you can still build a power plant and it will immediately produce power.
These are the buildings that will be constructed when you place the file(s) in your plugins folder. They are all 13 of the utilities as designated in the Reader:

IMPORTANT: This mod may not be compatible with a few other mods. More details are included in the Readme (I spent time on it, so read it).
