good work with lattices and thats a great window texture for the glass. an awesome design too. however, the entrance are leaves somthing to me desired, and I'd like to see that excellent window texture on the concrete as well. 9/10

Interesting structure, where is it from? The BAT is good, maybe some more details in the frame, but the lot stinks, sorry. Needs more *life* and only a few players like palmtrees on their lot.

mrb: this has as much life as Tonks' new boring glass buildings. Anyway, lot could need some work and the spire part looks unrealistic,

okay, nobody would build Point Plaza in real. It's not very useful in reality, but it's definitly an eye-catcher for SC4. Good idea 9/10

I don't really care about realism here. This is the SC4 BAT, and the modeling is excellent, so 10/10!

Great job! After viewing the proposed renderings for the upcoming Chicago Spire project, I've become a fan of modernist skyscrapers. You look like you did a very nice job with this structure! :-D

Im not sure about this, looks good.. I have problems with jobs on SC4 and cant resolve it. Ofiice buildings are empty and people have no jobs, i tried everything, transit, parks, residential buildings closer to comercial ones but nothin' works! can osme one help?
