Great job! After viewing the proposed renderings for the upcoming Chicago Spire project, I've become a fan of modernist skyscrapers. You look like you did a very nice job with this structure! :-D

Very nice! I love creating realistic lower-middle-class, medium-sized cities (similar to my own I suppose), and this building should be a perfect addition. You are quite talented. Keep up the great work! :-D
