Perhaps consider some pathways like Peg's Trailblazer or Park pathway sets instead of the road. Also needs more beautification in the very empty plaza areas.

You have the right buildings but they arent in the right places. Try making the lot smaller.

those buildings dont go very well with eachother and i agree there not in the right places either

Congradulations on your first lot. Certainly it's not among the best lots, but it's good experience for an amatuer lot maker. The more lots you make, the you will learn about the tool. Experiment with new props, different textures, and you will be making amazing lots in no time. :)

all of you are right, so how do i delete the entire lot off the LEX
