This is a hotel for your low wealth sims who can not afford to pay for any of the luxury hotel found on STEX. Hotel Annabell have 36 rooms, a small restaurant and bar. In the basement they have two conference / meeting rooms.
The hotel is growable only. Gives 60$ jobs at stage 3 and 4. It is a 2x2 lot.
