ah, the ever-elusive potato tree...i always wondered what they looked like. lol

It doesn't show up anywhere on my menus; and neither does it pop up by itself.

It grows on hills. Great to have.

Late to the party but I'll call it a pear farm. As noted potatoes grow on a sprawling vine with the potatoes underground (like peanuts). Some home growers use tires for a dirt build up. Note the new plants are grown from the potato's seeds, which are little chunks of the potato with an eye. They don't use the potatoes from the store.

I'm in favor of all kinds of farms in my region, so...
