private school looks cool!

apart from the mayors house the buildings do not look at all realistic, the private school is a joke

utexas313, be quiet. People from Detroit aren't neccessarily bad. I have plenty of jokes about Texans too, so hush.

As for the lots, they are pretty good, but I agree... the school is unrealistic, I'm not sure if there is one, but the Mayors House could use some hedges around it, and the power thing needs more outside...

I like them. However, the town hall should be a bit bigger, maybe 4X4 to accomodate the towns citizenry. As it is now, the mayors house is bigger then the town hall. Keep em coming Nexis!!!

The idea of these lots is simple.I use them in my villages and there are only 1x1 lots,not 2x2 or more.

Easy to use. We see private schools like that here, not necessarily unrealistic.

Very usefull. Like the Hay Burner lot i think the MiniPower will produce too much power. I'll reduce it from 3000 to 500. for me it's 9/10

The updated file still does not fix the problem. The Mayors house is not an SC4Lot.

I think all of these lots are great. Sure they could look different, so any of you feel free to modify them to your liking, then upload them and give inspiration credit to mrbisonm. Then we'll all be happy.

Oh, thank you, finally someone came up with a more realistic Mayor's House for small and rural settings. 10/10 on that lot alone. :)

Very nice and realistice except for the size of the town hall. Looks rather small to me.

The Town Hall actually reminds me of the one in my town, except it is combined with the police station

Another useful set of lots. Again, I've downloaded them to day and the Nexus County Mayor file does not have an extension on it nor does it have the eight digit (hex?) number after the name and before the extension. The other files do have the .scrlot extensions on them.

Err... I have the small problem of none of the buildings appearing when i place them in the game. I only get the concrete base. What am i doing wrong?

In the Zip download... the Country Mayor file has no extension like the others which are .sc4lot. Is that a problem?

What are the Dependencies needed
