Multicolored concrete water tower new version 2

Hey cool, a new version! I loved the old ones already, but it seems you didn't read my comments to that version. I wrote something about the prop family there... Also, I sent you a PM and/or e-mail asking whether you would allow us to translate this fine upload into German and offer it to the German SC4 community on our fansite simcityplaza.de (A new SC4 site by the SimForum / SFBT crew). Any input would be highly appreciated! :)
