About This File
This is a collection of base/overlay textures built into DAT files
for use with custom lots.
The following files are included:
HK_OverTexture_Vol1.dat
HK_BaseTexture_Vol1.dat (released before)
The overlay-textures are mostly grass-textures that can be
used like puzzle pieces on your custom lots.
Any lot designer is free to utilize these creations.
To install the textures place the Dat files in your My
Documents\SimCity4\Plugins folder.
