Growables (the only ones I am interested in) show up with non-standard characters instead of the "$" in the file and folder names in the ZIP I downloaded. Not sure if it will affect use, but it should be corrected.

I liked it. One thing that I thought could be improved are the nightlights, since they are distributed in a very similar way - 2 floors on, 2 off, and so on. Maybe a bit randomly would be better, or animating some of those to turn on and off after a while. I haven't seen any building like this at all, but, good all the same.

My city has so many custom towers now that its dangerous to navigate with a helicopter! A well deserved 10/10!

There is a resort called 'Sea Colony' and they have a complex named 'Brandywine'. This looks very similar like the Brandywine beach apartment complex. 5/5
