    Atlantis, because it doesn't exist anymore. No place could bear being capital of the world, for neutralities, economy and anything else would be target of envy and warmonging from anywhere else.

    I liked it. One thing that I thought could be improved are the nightlights, since they are distributed in a very similar way - 2 floors on, 2 off, and so on. Maybe a bit randomly would be better, or animating some of those to turn on and off after a while. I haven't seen any building like this at all, but, good all the same.

    I was looking for those buildings from my hometown these days, and there it is. The Cathedral. ^^ I'll look for more of those somewhere. The Shopping Mall Conjunto Nacional (ANIMATED, PLEASE) should be the trick to make a very strong change on the city at night.
