Please, please present your stuff with decent in-game pictures. This blurry Lot Editor pic doesn't do your creation justice. :( That's especially sad because the house you BATted looks rather good.

well the lot editor the BAT and Lot looked good but the pic was way to blurry. your pics should be a nightlight pic and a day time pic in SC4. Once you got it into sc4 the bat looked better and the pic was better, but the lot is screwed. there are palms going through the building for crying out loud. good bat, bad lot, put more effort into the presentation of your upload. the BATs good though 4/10

Thanks for sharing your work, simonpat. I'm always on the lookout for residential structures. I was, however, disappointed at the lack of stats in your description. Knowing whether a building is eye candy or actually functional is important to me. You started with a terrific idea, though, and did a good job on design, so I'll be watching for more of your BATs.
