looks real good. i like this one and the green HQ one. the stock PD Stations look out of place in big citys

Cool, it should be better than a deluxe because of how big it is.

does anyone else have this building... not show up? the base is there, and the ground props, but the building doesn't appear. what am i missing?

i have the same problem as many other people. it just doesnt show up. it looks good in the picture, and the range is perfect for what i need it for, but there is no building when i plop it. just a parking lot!

there must be some dependency or the zip file is incomplete! the building looks so good in the pics, but it doesn't show up when I plop it!

actualy there are files missing in the zip file. there's only the LOT file. no model, no nothing.

Too bad... this is actually a nice building. The problem is it has a visually overlay problem on one side where you see two surfaces overlaping :(

You made it look good in the pics but it's horrible in the game- think banding togther of the different maxis buildings you uesed

I can't explain it or be to sure, but it looks like you altered one of the original commercial buildings added to the game. Still it's great!
