    hey guys. my name is Gabriel, I'm from Dominican Republic (Caribbean area) I've always played simcity 4, play like 3 months and then I quit. I have never reached an advanced level. This time I'm looking to create a region of my country (specifically in my city Santo Domingo) I hope to get it. I have a very long time using this username but never explore this website.
