The BSC Gift of Xmas ... the gift that keeps on giving to those that read the Readmes. Two 2x2 lots each with a custom sound and query. One is a park lot with grass and a billboard that changes at Christmas; the other is a plaza with a Santa Claus fountain that ices over in the winter.

BSC Props Holiday Park RT Vol 01 – for the carol singers and ice fountain.
BSC Props Holiday Park SG Vol 01 – for the presents.
Both the above files are installed as part of the BSC St Nicholas Parks.
