Beirut Shops, commonly found in umm Beirut, Lebanon. These are also found in Zacatecas, Mexico.

*This zip comes with one model and two props (They are in a prop family), two descs and two lots, they both provide 11
Cs$$ jobs and their lot size is 1x1*

None

To Install, unzip BlaM Beirut Shopsl to mydocuments/simcity4/plugins/BlaM (if you don't have a BLAM folder, create it.)
And that's all, enjoy.

If you have any problem with this BAT/Lot please PM MarcosMX. If a big brown box appears, than you probably forgot about downloading a dependencie. Thanks......

Thanks for this. One tiny comment. The windows lack depth. I think this would have been better if you had moved the window pieces into the window frames more. I know from experience that it can be tough to judge, but I think you needed just one more little nudge to make these truly great.

A bit basic, even for Beirut..nicely executed and the nightlight wash onto the pavement is a nice effect...although a couple of windows could have been lit too. Feels a tad hurried IMO.

i like it and feel this buliding can also be good for a prison or a communist city anyway nice job

well,that's how it is marcos...you work several hours even weeks on a BAT and it just won't turn out right sometimes..

I agree with you Glenni... There are 43,000 Polygons on each model... what a shame they didn't showed up...

Textures ain't the main flaw with this one,it's the model which for some reason looks odd.

I do like the textures on that. It's the windows and the boxy model which make it look odd IMO. Good job nonetheless.

As a simple and brutalist style of architecture, these buildings are very nice. They certainly will look good in a C$ part of a city. By the way, you might want to update your description as it appears you've consolidated your files into one .dat file.

I'm sure they look really pretty with more polygons shown, ah well, i can use it for an Arab quarter or something... :D
